There’s a new item in Free Resources entitled “The new ISO standard for crisis management: does it add value?“.
This new report from Terra Firma may be of some value to those with an interest in crisis management. In this report we provide a critique of the new ISO standard for crisis management (ISO 22361:2022) by comparison with the standards that came before it. We will be writing articles on themes from the new ISO over the coming months and the first will be on crisis leadership, one of the key facets of crisis management.
